2 hour Kundalini Yoga Sound Immersion Workshop, It all begins with intention, then through the practice of Kundalini yoga where you will be uplifted through Kundalini Kriya, Mantra & Meditation, then be bathed in a Sound healing journey of celestial soundscapes , each Sound bath has its own unique flow and as such incorporates different healing instruments. These can include the Gong, Harmonium, Crystal Bowls, Kalimba, Santoor and Medicine Drum. Yoga & Sound healing combined has the capacity to synchronise our bodies frequency to open into a deep relaxation & connection with self & universe.
