Join Nirvair & Kavalya for this sacred 2.5 hour workshop, it is an intuitive weaving of kundalini yoga, Breathwork, meditation & sacred journey into a Sound Immersion.

A journey into celestial realms, to then return back to Earth feeling a deep sense of peace, rejuvenation & activation of soul purpose.

Nirvair brings the sounds of the harmonium to dive into sacred mantra chanting, feel the fire of spirit again, then into a Sonic Sound Journey where you will feel deep cellular regeneration. Kavalya & Nirvair weave this Yogic & Sacred sound Journey with healing instruments such as scared Gong crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, medicine drum, flute & intuitively channelled vocals.  We also use locally recorded nature sounds as part of our Soundscapes which complement our instruments, blanketing you in the Earth's protective frequency.
