1st Feb Depart Delhi & fly to Udaipur on morning flight – Arrival Udaipur, welcome meeting, introduction of the team, program and discussion with questions/answers.  Settle into the energy of Rajasthan & the sacred water element that surrounds Udaipur. Evening meditation with chanting with Parvinder

 

2nd Feb Begin the day with Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhana- Explore the enchanting highlights of Udaipur, where shimmering lakes and regal architecture create a timeless sense of romance. Wander through the majestic City Palace Udaipur, glide across the tranquil waters of Lake Pichola, and soak in golden sunsets that reflect off marble palaces. Evening meditation with Parvinder.

 

3rd Feb Begin the day with Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhana, Be guided through the vibrant bazaars to serene temples. Udaipur invites you to slow down, soften, and immerse in its poetic beauty. Free time in the afternoon to browse the bazaars & breath in the beauty of Rajasthan fashion & art. Evening meditation with Parvinder 

 

4th Feb Begin the day with Qi Gong. Then we have a morning lecture embracing the Mul Mantra with Parvinder. Experience the vibrant spirit of Udaipur through a captivating cultural dance show that brings Rajasthan’s rich traditions to life. Set in the historic ambiance of Bagore Ki Haveli, this evening performance showcases colourful costumes, rhythmic folk music, and mesmerising dances like Ghoomar and Kalbeliya. As the rhythms echo through the courtyard, you’ll be immersed in storytelling, heritage, and the soulful energy of Rajasthan’s living culture.

 

5th Feb Morning Depart Udaipur, fly into Delhi, then drive on to Rishikesh. Personal drivers take us from Delhi into Rishikesh directly to the hotel. Settle into this Sacred, Holy city of Rishikesh where the mighty Ganges (Ganga) flows. Group Meditation/Mantra in the night. 

 

6th Feb Begin the day with an uplifting Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhana, awakening your energy and setting a powerful intention for the day ahead. Journey from Rishikesh to the sacred town of Devprayag, where the emerald waters of the Alaknanda River and the powerful Bhagirathi River merge to form the revered Ganges River. This holy confluence, known as a sangam, carries deep spiritual significance—an invitation to witness the union of energies, sit in quiet reflection, and feel the profound flow of nature and devotion come together as one.

7th Feb Begin the day with gentle Qi Gong, followed by meditation and mantra to centre and awaken your inner energy. From here, enjoy a guided walking tour through the soulful streets of Rishikesh, leading you to the iconic Lakshman Jhula, a suspended bridge stretching across the sacred Ganges River. Take in the breathtaking views and explore nearby ancient Hindu temples, each carrying deep spiritual history and presence. Continue your journey with a visit to the serene Parmarth Niketan Ashram, one of the largest ashrams in the area, where the peaceful gardens and riverfront setting offer a space for reflection, connection, and immersion in the heart of Rishikesh’s spiritual essence.

 

8th Feb Begin the day with awakening Kundalini Yoga and breathwork, energising the body and centering the mind. Journey to the sacred Vashishtha Cave, an ancient meditation cave where the great sage Vashishtha is said to have practiced deep stillness. Here, immerse yourself in silent meditation, held by the cave’s powerful, timeless energy. Continue to the banks of the holy Ganges River, flowing gently beneath the Himalayan foothills, where you’ll share in a peaceful dip in these sacred waters, surrounded by nature’s serenity. As evening descends, experience the devotional beauty of a traditional Ganga Aarti, where light, mantra, and reverence come together in a deeply moving offering to the sacred river.

9th Feb Begin the day with Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhana. Take a gentle pause in the heart of Tapovan, a serene pocket of Rishikesh known for its yogic energy and laid-back charm. Spend time wandering through local cafés, boutique shops, and quiet pathways, allowing space for personal reflection and integration. As the day softens into evening, come together for a grounding meditation, reconnecting inward and anchoring the day’s experiences in stillness.

10th Feb Journey onward from Rishikesh to the vibrant city of Chandigarh, arrive at our private haven here in Chandigarh, Chandigarh is a gateway to the North, known for its unique blend of modern design and spiritual depth. Upon arrival, settle into your hotel and take time to ground into the new surroundings. In the evening, gather for a nourishing group meditation before visiting a sacred Gurdwara, where you’ll experience the peaceful resonance of prayer, community, and devotion.

11th Feb Begin the day in Chandigarh with an uplifting Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhana, awakening the body, mind, and spirit through breath, movement, and mantra. Later, venture out to explore the enchanting Rock Garden of Chandigarh, This garden is an artistic & inspiring fairy-tale of a garden crafted from recycled materials, where art, creativity, and imagination come alive in the most unexpected ways.

12th Feb Depart Chandigarh for Amritsar. Upon arrival at the Ashram, we gather in the yoga space for an opening introduction from Parvinder, offering insight into the sacred essence of this city. We enter into the Golden Temple to feel into the ancient energy and frequency of the infinite flowing kirtan. In the evening, we come together for group meditation and mantra, gently opening the container for the journey ahead.

 

13th Feb Begin the day with Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhana, we will then hold a workshop on mantra on the spheres of the mind and soul. Learn Harmonium Basics with Nirvair and Parvinder. In the late afternoon we will visit the Golden Temple and meditate together inside. Parvinder will share his story about being inside Harimander Sahib and the history of Gurus, this precious sacred space of vibrating light and love of Guru Ram Dass. Take a class on the intricate Sikh fighting style of Gatka.

 

14th Feb Midnight journey to the sacred Golden Temple during Amrit Vela, the most auspicious time for meditation, where you sit in stillness and attune to the depth of this living sanctuary. Offer your presence through Seva, giving your time in humble service within the temple. Learn the foundations of harmonium with Nirvair and Parvinder, connecting sound, breath, and devotion. In the afternoon, return to Qi Gong and meditation to integrate the experience, and later uplift your energy with a vibrant Bhangra dance class.

 

15th Feb Depart for Goindwal Sahib for the sacred Goindwal Steps meditation. Here, you descend the 84 steps, chanting the Mul Mantra on each one, a powerful practice said to release the weight of 84,000 lifetimes of karma and return you to a state of inner clarity and freedom. Meditating at this holy site, built by Guru Amar Das, becomes a pilgrimage within itself, inviting a deep remembrance of truth, devotion, and liberation within.

 

16th Feb Begin the day with Kundalini Yoga and breathwork, alongside a deeper understanding of the history and essence of Amritsar. Visit the sacred Golden Temple to meditate and offer Seva, immersing in its living current of devotion and presence. Later, explore the vibrant street markets of Amritsar, experiencing the colour, rhythm, and energy of the city.

 

17th Feb Begin the day with Group Meditation. ​ We will hold our final group share and say our farewells. You will then be dropped off at Amritsar airport (if you are flying straight out to Delhi to depart home).
