About the Event

Each Kundalini Yoga Sound Immersion workshop with Nirvair has it's own unique flow, in Kundalini yoga we use kriya, mantra, pranayama, meditation as transformational tools for deep healing. The sound healing incorporates a variety of healing instruments. These can include the Gong, Harmonium, Crystal Bowls, Kalimba, Santoor and Medicine Drum. Yoga & Sound healing combined has the capacity to synchronise our bodies frequency to open into a deep relaxation & connection with self & universe.

The studio is located in the Northshore Dental Clinic, up the stairs.
