This Sacred Eclipse Kundalini Yoga & Sound Immersion should not be missed. An eclipse has a profound inward pull on our consciousness, and so it is an ideal time to connect via your spiritual practice, offering beneficial revitalising energy to yourself and others.

Each Kundalini Yoga Sound Immersion workshop with Nirvair has it's own unique flow, in Kundalini yoga we use kriya, mantra, pranayama, meditation as transformational tools for deep healing. The sound healing incorporates a variety of healing instruments. These can include the Gong, Harmonium, Crystal Bowls, Medicine Drum and other Sound Healing instruments. Yoga & Sound healing combined has the capacity to synchronise our bodies frequency to open into a deep relaxation & connection with self & universe.
