About the Event
Each Kundalini Yoga Sound Immersion workshop with Nirvair & Kavalya has it's own unique flow, in Kundalini yoga we use kriya, mantra, pranayama, meditation as transformational tools for deep healing. The sound healing incorporates a variety of healing instruments. These can include the Gong, Harmonium, Crystal Bowls, Kalimba, Santoor and Medicine Drum. Yoga & Sound healing combined has the capacity to synchronise our bodies frequency to open into a deep relaxation & connection with self & universe.
