2 hour Kundalini yoga Sound Immersion -Maroochydore CGM Studio 5th March

Each Kundalini Yoga Sound Immersion workshop with Nirvair & Kavalya has it's own unique flow, in Kundalini yoga we use kriya, mantra, pranayama, meditation as transformational tools for deep healing. The sound healing incorporates a variety of healing instruments. These can include the Gong, Harmonium, Crystal Bowls, Kalimba, Santoor and Medicine Drum. Yoga & Sound healing combined has the capacity to synchronise our bodies frequency to open into a deep relaxation & connection with self & universe.

Location - There are 2 convenient vehicle access points from either Plaza Parade or Dalton Drive. If entering through the main entrance off Plaza Pde keep an eye out for the parking sign (it is rather small!) and enter through the driveway between tower 1 and tower 2 Parking - There is no shortage of complimentary parking available, we are located on level 1 and access into our studio is directly from the visitor carpark on level 1. Look out for the CGM reserved parking.
