 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲 your Higher Self with Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technology which opens your energy centers, allowing you to channel creative energy, transform your consciousness, attract abundance and create a stillness and calmness which helps to deflect the stresses of the modern world.

𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞, the Gong & harmonium are used throughout the class. The intention I bring to each class is one of healing, connection and rejuvenation.
