17 night Journey into The Heart of India 


Rishikesh - Hardiwar  - Goindwal

Amritsar - Dharamsala

*Please note that the dates are a rough guide only and are subject to change. The day by day schedule is a guide only to give an idea of what the day will look like. We will visit all Sacred Sites listed in the Itinerary, the date of the excursions may vary.



20th October  Land in Rishikesh. We will receive you at Rishikesh airport to bring you to your hotel.  Arrival, welcome meeting, introduction of the team, program and discussion with questions/answers.  Settle into this Sacred City where the mighty Ganges (Ganga) flows. Group Meditation/Mantra in the night. 

21st October Begin the day with  Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhana. Parvinder introduces you to Rishikesh, the sacred energy of The Ganga, and will lead a group Mantra workshop and meditation relating to Rishikesh's Ganga river & her incredible flowing energy. Later, visit Gurdwara and experience a group meditation and then in the evening explore the local market and view the spectacular nightly Ganga Arti, giving prayer & personal offerings to the Ganga. 

22nd October Begin the day with Qi Gong and Meditation/Mantra. Then we take a group walking tour, visit Lakshman Jhula - the famous hanging bridge across the spectacular Ganga river and explore some ancient Hindu temples. We then explore other areas of Rishikesh- Visiting Parmath Niketan ashram.

23rd October Begin the day with Yoga/Breathwork. We then take a morning drive to Vashishat Cave where we practice silent meditation. This is an ancient cave where the great Sage, Vashistha, meditated. Enjoy the sacred space of Ganga under the mountains and be a part of a group meditation with Parvinder & Nirvair at this sacred place. 

24th October Begin the day with Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhana. Then take some time for yourself to explore the town of Tapovan, Rishikesh. Meet in the evening for Meditation.

25th October Begin the morning with Qi Gong and Meditation/Mantra. We will then hold a group meeting, share experiences and answer any questions. We will hold a group meditation coming into the sacred space of the vibrating Ganga River and chant Mantra.  

26th October  Travel to Dharamshala. Settle into the Hotel and we will hold a Group Meditation in the evening.

27th October Begin the morning with Yoga/Breathwork. Visit the deeply devotional Dalai Lama temple where you will have an introduction to Buddhism, rituals and meditation.

28th October  Begin the day with Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhana. Then journey to the breathtaking Dharamshala Norbulingka temple, visit the Gyuto Tantric Monastery Temple. Spend time meditating in the Temple with Buddhist Monks, followed by an afternoon Buddha meditation related to heaven on the earth.

29th October Begin the morning with Qi Gong and Meditation/Mantra. We will then visit Dharamshala waterfall and then onto the ancient Hindu temple of Shiva. In the evening there will be a group meditation and  sharing.

30th October  Begin the day with  Yoga/Breathwork. Then take the day for yourself to explore the magic of McLeod Ganj at your own pace, browse the eclectic market stalls & view the intricate Tibetan artwork.


31st October  Depart Dharamshala for Amritsar. Be led on a guided tour of the Golden Temple where you will have an introduction to the root of Sikhism, rituals, ceremony and chanting, meditation and flow of union, oneness within.

1st November Begin the day with Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhana - We will then hold a workshop on mantra on the spheres of the mind and soul. Learn Harmonium Basics with Nirvair and Parvinder.

2nd November Begin the day with Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhana, then take some time for yourself. In the late afternoon we will visit the Golden temple and meditate together inside. Parvinder will share his story about being inside Harimander Sahib & the history of Gurus, this precious sacred space of vibrating light and love of Guru Ram Dass. Take a class on the intricate Sikh fighting style of Gatka.

3rd November Midnight Journey to the Golden Temple in Amritsar, during the Amrit Vela, a most sacred time to meditate, spend some time giving your time doing Seva in the Golden Temple. Learn Harmonium basics with Nirvair and Parvinder. Afternoon Qi Gong Practice and Meditation. Raise your spirit with a  Bhangra Dance class.

4th November

  Depart for Goindwal Sahib for the sacred Goindwal Steps meditation. Here the Mul Mantra can be chanted on each step. Meditating at this sacred temple that Guru Amar Das built is a pilgrimage within itself, it is said to liberate the human spirit.


5th November Begin the day with Yoga/Breathwork and understanding of Amritsar's history & attending the  Golden Temple to Meditate and offer Seva. Exploring the bustling street markets of Amritsar.

6th November  Begin the day with Group Meditation. ​ We will hold our final group share and say our farewells. You will then be dropped off at Amritsar airport (if you are flying straight out to Delhi to depart home).
